Baskonia’s Chima Moneke will be out for two games in Madrid

Baskonia forward Chima Moneke will be out for the first week of the best-of-five series against Real Madrid due to a strained left ankle.

Moneke, 28, will miss the games scheduled at the WiZink Center on Tuesday and Thursday, with hopes of a return to the court next week when the series moves to the Fernando Buesa Arena.

Besides Moneke, Khalifa Diop is also unavailable due to surgery on his left wrist.
