It was all easy for Telekom Baskets Bonn against JDA Bourgogne Dijon in Round 5 of Group J of the Basketball Champions League: the German team triumphed against the French 89-74 at the end of a match it had practically always been in control. Bonn moves to the top of the group alone given Ludwigsburg’s loss to Galatasaray on 9 points.
For Bonn there were 17 points from Griesel, 13 from Kirkwood and Frey’s 10-point, 10-rebound double-double.
For the French, Hunt’s 19 points and Hrovat and Chikoko’s 15 apiece were not enough.
