Radio Catalunya has reported on the interest of Barcelona to host the 12-team tournament with which ACB intends to conclude the current Liga Endesa season.
Gran Canaria and Andorra have also expressed official interest in hosting the proposed tournament in the previous days. ACB will make a decision no later than May 31 on whether to hold the tournament with the top 12 teams in the standings at the moment of the league’s suspension.
