ASVEL, Gianmarco Pozzecco mutually agree to part ways

Italian NT coach leaves French side after a couple of months with a contract resolution. Former assistant Poupet will lead the team

ASVEL Villeurbanne have announced they have mutually agree to part ways with head coach Gianmarco Pozzecco, who resolved his contract expiring in 2025. Italian NT coach will be replaced by French assistant Pierric Poupet who will have, in his staff, Edoardo Casalone and Joseph Gomis.

It’s ASVEL’s third managerial change this season and the 7th, overall, in the 2023/24 Euroleague.
