ASVEL deepens Efes’ road problems and complicates play-in hopes

ASVEL played the role of spoiler to Efes’s hopes of the playoffs as it held on for an 84-80 victory over the Turkish side. ASVEL has won two straight home games thanks to Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot scoring 21 points and Paris Lee securing the win with a three-pointer with 4.8 seconds to play. ASVEL is now 7-22, while Efes has lost its eighth straight road game for a 12-17 record.
