Anthony Edwards gave Minnesota a scare with a left ankle injury after falling hard in the second quarter. He limped off, listed as questionable to return.
But the Timberwolves star came back for the second half and finished with 20 points, saying postgame: “Yup, feeling great.” His presence lifted the whole team.
His gritty return showed leadership and toughness. Minnesota crushed Golden State to even the series 1-1.
Anthony Edwards is getting oxygen in the back during the quarter break. He did the same thing last year during the playoffs, maximizing his time off the court to get refreshed

Anthony Edwards couldn’t put any weight on a leg and had to be helped off to the locker room. Draymond Green came out to see if Edwards was OK and stayed there until Edwards was helped up, grimacing in pain.
