On the team’s style of play: “I try to divide the roster into guards, wings and centers: we have a lot of guards and wings, but few real centers. As a result, we have to put a lot of energy on the court and take advantage of the physicality of our players.
On the market: “We compare the EuroLeague market to the sea: there are sharks, big fish and small fish. We can’t be a shark, but we don’t want to be eaten like a small fish. So we try to be a very fast fish to escape from the shark, we have to be creative and think outside the box”.
