Alex Mumbru, Joan Plaza among candidates for Zalgiris head coaching job

Zalgiris Kaunas is looking for a head coach after Sarunas Jasikevicius’departure

Greek reporter Nikos Varlas adds current RetaBet Bilbao coach Alex Mumbru and Joan Plaza to the list of coaches that Zalgiris Kaunas is considering.

Yesterday Donatas Urbonas reported that Galatasary coach Ertugrul Erdogan is one of the top names in Zalgiris head coaching search.

The race for Zalgiris HC position is going on. Bilbao coach Alex Mumbru and former club's coach Joan Plaza are also candidates. Galatasaray coach Ertugrul Erdogan still stands as the frontrunner, as @Urbodo has reported.
