ACB Clubs Register 16 Players Under Derecho de Tanteo

ACB clubs have registered 16 players on the list subject to derecho de tanteo. A 13-day period now opens during which offer documents can be submitted for any of them. The original clubs will have 5 days to decide whether to match these offers.

Once the deadline for submitting qualified offers has passed, the ACB announces the list of players whose contracts are subject to the derecho de tanteo by their original club, as well as those players who received a qualified offer in the past and have communicated their intention to return to ACB competitions for the 2024-25 season.

According to the hiring procedure established in the IV Collective Agreement, the 13-day period for submitting offer documents for those players subject to derecho de tanteo will end on July 7.

Clubs interested in any player included in the list must submit the offer document to the ACB, which will forward it to the original club the next day, so that within 5 natural days it may exercise its derecho de tanteo if it wishes.

Starting today, clubs or SAD will have 13 natural days to submit offer documents for the indicated players, who are subject to the derecho de tanteo of their original clubs or SAD.
