Tomas Satoransky landed hard on his back and head during Hapoel Tel Aviv’s game against Dubai. He was taken to hospital for further examinations.

Scary scenes unfolded during Hapoel Tel Aviv’s EuroLeague Round 9 matchup against Dubai Basketball. Tomas Satoransky suffered a heavy fall after jumping for a rebound late in the third quarter, landing hard on his back and apparently hitting his head. The Czech point guard was unable to get back up and had to be carried off the court on a stretcher.

He had played 14 minutes, recording three points, four rebounds and four assists. According to Noa Poplinger of Sport5, Satoransky is conscious and apparently suffering from a concussion. The club confirmed that he is being taken to a hospital in Dubai for further tests.
