Carter was the No.13 pick of the 2025 NBA Draft
The Boston Celtics have converted Devin Carter’s Exhibit 10 contract into a two-way deal.
The former lottery pick joined Boston during the offseason, after being waived by the Sacramento Kings.
Carter scored 17 points, five rebounds and two steals in his lone preseason appearance. He will fill the Celtics’ third two-way roster spot alongside big man Amari Williams and forward Dillon Mitchell.
The center, selected by Utah with the 28th overall pick in the 2017 NBA Draft, returns to the franchise where he spent the first three seasons of his career.
Golden State has parted ways with the three players, bringing its roster to 18 ahead of the start of the 2026-27 NBA season.
The Texas franchise has parted ways with the two guards following four and three preseason games, respectively.
The Wisconsin franchise has announced the release of the three players ahead of the start of the regular season.
New York has waived the veteran guard but could consider bringing him back in December, when NBA contracts become prorated.
