Lonnie Walker IV is considering a EuroLeague return after being waived by Denver, with Besiktas reportedly leading the race

Lonnie Walker IV is looking back toward Europe after being waived by the Denver Nuggets. According to Eurohoops, Besiktas currently leads the race, with two other clubs also showing interest.

The 27-year-old has also signed with Misko Raznatovic and BeoBasket, as announced by the agent himself. Walker is already familiar with EuroLeague basketball after stints with Zalgiris and Maccabi Tel Aviv.

Last season with Maccabi, he averaged 15.2 points, 2.5 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 0.8 steals over 28 games. After his attempt to return to the NBA with Denver ended with his release from a non-guaranteed deal, his future now appears to be pointing back toward Europe.
