Following their win over Anadolu Efes, some Olympiacos fans left graffiti in the communal areas of AEK’s arena. The club has ordered repairs to the damage.

Despite their 89-66 victory over Anadolu Efes in the EuroLeague, Olympiacos had to deal with an unpleasant incident at Sunel Arena. Some fans left graffiti in the arena’s communal areas, prompting AEK to demand that those responsible be identified and barred from the venue.

The Piraeus club condemned the incident in an official statement: “We condemn these few irresponsible individuals who ruined the celebration of the European champions’ game. All necessary steps will be taken to identify them and ensure they are not allowed back into the arena.” The club has also ordered repairs to the damage.

Olympiacos will continue to play at Sunel Arena while renovation work is underway at its home venue, the Peace and Friendship Stadium, with a return expected in early 2027.
