Daniel Theis remains questionable for tonight’s game between Maccabi Tel Aviv and Olimpia Milano, tipping off at 18:00 CET in Belgrade. The German big man completed two team practices but is still dealing with ankle discomfort.
According to Israeli media, a final decision on Theis’ availability will only be made close to tip-off. Maccabi would like to have him available to add size and rim protection and provide a stronger backup option behind Roman Sorkin, especially considering Armando Bacot’s inconsistent start.
John DiBartolomeo, meanwhile, is expected to return after missing around a week of practice and the team’s last three games due to his brother’s wedding. Maccabi is still winless in EuroLeague after three straight losses and will wear yellow jerseys with a black ribbon in memory of the war that began on October 7.
