The Fener head coach’s post-game comments.

Sarunas Jasikevicius assessed the game and answered questions from the media during the press conference held after the 76-66 win over Dubai Basketball in the third round of the EuroLeague.

Saying that the game went as expected, Jasikevicius said:

“I congratulate our players and our fans. It was a game as we expected it to be. We knew it would be a difficult game physically and tactically, and that’s how it turned out. In the second half, we played more creatively and created better opportunities. The fourth quarter was particularly better for us. We made good use of the mismatches, found the open players and won the game.”

The Lithuanian coach also expressed his satisfaction with the performances of Marcus Bingham Jr. and Ignas Sargiunas. Asked when Shane Larkin would return to action, Jasikevicius replied that the player would be back “soon.”
