Bub Carrington says the Wizards were held back in an effort to improve their chances of landing AJ Dybantsa: “That’s no secret.”
Bub Carrington spoke openly about the Washington Wizards’ approach last season. The guard admitted the team was held back as the franchise tried to improve its chances of landing AJ Dybantsa.

He then added: “That’s no secret.” The comments are notable because Carrington directly linked the team’s approach to its positioning for the Draft.
