Stephen Curry remains determined to compete for another championship but is tempering expectations for the Golden State Warriors after an offseason without the addition of another superstar.
“We’re always going to be compared to championship level, as we should,” Curry told CNBC Television. “But we need to build a new foundation and reimagine what Warriors basketball is.”
The 38-year-old is prioritizing his health after missing more than 30 games last season. “My singular focus is just playing good basketball once we get started,” Curry said.
