After successfully completing his medical examinations upon his arrival in the Alava capital, Alex Len took part in his first practice with the team. However, after the first training session, he experienced some discomfort in his foot related to an area that had already been treated during the previous season.
Given the nature and timing of the discomfort, the club and Alex Len decided to consult other medical experts in order to determine the next steps. These consultations have taken place over the past few days.
Although there are no indications of any new injury, Saski Baskonia and Alex Len have agreed that, given the circumstances and the current stage of the season, it is best for both parties to mutually terminate the contract that linked them. This will allow Alex Len to have the necessary time to treat the discomfort and prepare for his future.
Alex Len would like to express his gratitude to the club throughout this process: “I would like to thank Baskonia, its staff, its players and its fans for their professionalism and support during the short time I have spent with the organization. I wish them the best of luck this season.”
