The New York Knicks waived Liam Robbins on Wednesday, September 16, just one day after signing him to an Exhibit 10 contract. The franchise continues to adjust its roster ahead of training camp.
The 27-year-old center appeared in 13 NBA games for the Milwaukee Bucks during the 2024-25 season. He spent last year with the G League’s Rip City Remix, averaging 8.5 points, 5.2 rebounds and 1.0 block in 18 minutes per game.
New York currently has 15 players on standard contracts and sits approximately $3.2 million below the second apron. Andre Drummond joined the frontcourt to back up Karl-Anthony Towns following Mitchell Robinson’s departure.
