Back in green
Balkan BC has announced the return of Martin Sotirov. The Bulgarian guard is already familiar with the club, having played for Balkan during the 2023/24 season.
That year, Sotirov helped the team finish second in the NBL and reach the Bulgarian Cup semifinals.
Back after spells abroad
Following his first stint with Balkan, Sotirov played for Rapid București in Romania and Spartak Pleven last season.
He had already joined the team for summer preparation, and his return to Balkan has now been officially confirmed.
“Welcome home again, Martin!” the club said in its announcement.
