Real Madrid has officially announced the signing of Damian Jones. The American center will remain with the Spanish club through the end of the 2026-27 season.
Jones has made 293 NBA appearances for the Golden State Warriors, Atlanta Hawks, Sacramento Kings, Phoenix Suns, Los Angeles Lakers, Utah Jazz and Cleveland Cavaliers. He won back-to-back NBA championships with Golden State in 2017 and 2018.
The big man joins Real Madrid from Vaqueros de Bayamón after helping the club win the Puerto Rican championship. Jones adds NBA experience, athleticism and physicality to Madrid’s frontcourt.
