LDLC ASVEL has officially announced the signing of TyTy Washington. The 24-year-old American point guard will begin his first experience in European basketball and wear jersey No. 3.
Selected with the 29th pick in the 2022 NBA Draft following his season at Kentucky, Washington played 74 NBA games across stints with the Houston Rockets, Milwaukee Bucks, Phoenix Suns and Los Angeles Clippers.
ASVEL described him in its official announcement as a creative and explosive point guard with excellent passing ability. Washington can create his own shot, involve his teammates and increase the tempo of the Villeurbanne club’s offense.
