Peyton Watson’s future remains uncertain as the Denver Nuggets continue negotiations with the restricted free agent while several rival teams monitor the situation.
According to The Athletic, the Cleveland Cavaliers, Milwaukee Bucks, and Los Angeles Clippers remain interested in acquiring the 23-year-old forward, with a sign-and-trade still considered a realistic possibility.
Denver has reportedly offered Watson a four-year, $70 million contract that includes a team option in the fourth season. However, the proposal is believed to fall short of the player’s valuation, leaving negotiations ongoing.
