The American guard joins after seven NBA seasons and his first European experience with Partizan Belgrade

Hapoel “Midtown” Jerusalem have announced the signing of Shake Milton for the upcoming season. The 29-year-old American guard, listed at 1.96 meters, joins the Israeli club after a long NBA run and his first European season with Partizan Belgrade.

Milton, selected in the 2018 NBA Draft, played seven seasons in the NBA for the Philadelphia 76ers, Minnesota Timberwolves, Detroit Pistons, New York Knicks, Brooklyn Nets and Los Angeles Lakers. He appeared in 359 regular season games, averaging 8.1 points, 2.2 rebounds and 2.4 assists, along with 40 playoff appearances.

In the summer of 2025, Milton signed with Partizan, averaging 12.8 points, 2.2 rebounds and 3 assists in the ABA League and 6.9 points, 1.4 rebounds and 2.4 assists in EuroLeague. “I’m coming with a lot of hunger and passion, ready to fight for every ball, every play and every point,” Milton said. Head coach Sasha Obradovic highlighted his experience, versatility, shooting and ability to create for himself and his teammates.
