Barcelona have officially announced the signing of Tosan Evbuomwan. The 25-year-old British power forward, listed at 2.03 meters, has agreed to a two-year contract with the club, running through June 30, 2028, and will strengthen Aleksander Sekulic’s frontcourt.
It will be Evbuomwan’s first experience in European basketball after a career split between the NBA and the G League. He played 50 NBA games with the Memphis Grizzlies, Detroit Pistons, Brooklyn Nets and New York Knicks, while also appearing in 99 G League games, emerging as an athletic and dynamic profile suited to an up-tempo system.
Last season, Evbuomwan played for the Greensboro Swarm and averaged 17.4 points, 6.8 rebounds and 2.2 assists during the G League playoffs. His performances earned him G League Finals MVP honors before his move to the Palau Blaugrana.
