Official: Vanja Marinkovic signs new Partizan Belgrade contract through 2028

Vanja Marinkovic will remain a Partizan player after signing a new contract that could keep him with the Serbian club until the summer of 2028.

The Serbian international and Partizan captain is currently recovering from a serious Achilles tendon injury suffered on January 23 during the team’s historic comeback victory over Hapoel after trailing by 27 points.

The injury required surgery, and Marinkovic has been working his way back to full fitness ever since. Once he returns to action, he will continue wearing the iconic No. 9 jersey while leading the black-and-white side into the coming seasons.
