Panathinaikos ready to go all in for a guard, with Campazzo on the radar

Panathinaikos is looking for a high-level move to complete its backcourt. According to SPORT24’s BIG 4 by Betsson show, the Greek club is ready to go all in for Facundo Campazzo.

The Argentine point guard, born in 1991 and listed at 1.78 meters, is under contract with Real Madrid, which makes the operation extremely difficult. Still, Panathinaikos is reportedly willing to put a major amount on the table for a top-level guard, leader and true floor general.

Campazzo is not the only name being evaluated by the Greens, but he is considered an ideal fit for what Zeljko Obradovic wants. Panathinaikos had already made a major offer for the Argentine in the summer of 2023, when he chose to return to Real Madrid.
