Brancou Badio is no longer a Valencia Basket player. The club announced that the Senegalese guard has parted ways with the team following the full payment of the buyout clause included in his contract.
Badio joined Valencia from Baxi Manresa in the summer of 2024 and played 145 games with the club, helping win both the Liga Endesa and Supercopa Endesa titles. In his first season, he averaged 10.1 points, 2.5 rebounds and 2.7 assists.
During the 2025-26 campaign, which ended with Valencia’s second Liga Endesa title, Badio posted 10.6 points, 2.4 rebounds and 2.1 assists across 83 games. He had signed an extension through 2029 in April, but the buyout payment has now ended his tenure with the club.
