Rasir Bolton is a new Rio Breogan player for the 2026-27 season. The American point guard, born in 1999 in Petersburg, Virginia, completes the team’s playmaking rotation.
After his NCAA career with Penn State, Iowa State and Gonzaga, Bolton moved to Europe in 2023. He has played for Telenet Giants in Belgium, Spartak Office Shoes in Serbia and, last season, GeVi Napoli in the Italian Serie A.
With Napoli, he averaged 13.9 points, 3.4 rebounds and 4.2 assists per game. At 1.90m, Bolton brings scoring, passing ability, defensive physicality and further growth potential in European basketball.
