The 25-year-old South African-Canadian center joins Kids&Us Manresa to strengthen the frontcourt

Kids&Us Manresa have announced the signing of Nick Ongenda for the 2026-27 season. The center, born in Canada but playing with South African nationality, has agreed to a one-year deal with the Catalan club.

Ongenda, 25 and 2.11m, played college basketball at DePaul before moving through the G League, Canada, Poland and Israel. Last season, he suited up for Elitzur Netanya and Hapoel Haemek.

With Hapoel Haemek, he averaged 10.2 points, 6.7 rebounds and 0.9 assists per game. Manresa add a dynamic, vertical and intimidating big man who brings size, rebounding and above-the-rim presence.
