Nutribullet Treviso Basket has announced the signing of Valentin Chery for the 2026-27 season. The French big man completes the frontcourt rotation for the Italian club.
Born on September 24, 1997, in Saint-Priest-en-Jarez, France, Chery arrives from Gravelines-Dunkerque, where he had played since 2023. Last season, he enjoyed the best statistical campaign of his career, helping the team secure its place in the league with averages of 8.9 points, 7 rebounds, and 1.9 assists per game.
Developed in the youth system of Nancy, Chery later played a key role in Paris Basketball’s Pro B championship-winning season, earning promotion to the top division before receiving a call-up from Le Mans in the Betclic Elite.
A physical and hard-nosed player, Chery will bring strength, toughness, and energy in the paint for the Italian side.
