Maccabi Tel Aviv extend Oshae Brissett for two more seasons

Maccabi Tel Aviv have announced a two-year contract extension for Oshae Brissett. The 28-year-old Canadian forward, listed at 2.01m, will remain part of Oded Kattash’s roster after a strong first EuroLeague season and a domestic double.

Brissett became an important piece in Maccabi’s rotation, averaging 8.7 points, 5.1 rebounds and 10.4 PIR in 36 EuroLeague games, including 20 starts. In the Israeli League playoffs, he raised his level to 12 points, 7.1 rebounds and 14.1 PIR per game.

“When you find a place that feels like home, you want to stay,” Brissett said. Head coach Kattash also praised his impact, saying the forward had “a very big part” in the team’s success.
