MoraBanc Andorra signs Owen Aquino as first addition for 2026-27

MoraBanc Andorra has announced the signing of Owen Aquino, a Spanish-Dominican power forward, on a two-year contract

MoraBanc Andorra has made Owen Aquino its first signing for the 2026-27 season. The 23-year-old, 2.03-meter forward arrives from High Point University, where he completed his NCAA career.

A former Real Madrid youth player, Aquino developed in the United States through Liberty University and High Point. Last season, he stood out for his athletic tools, rebounding work and defensive impact.

Aquino also represented Spain at youth level, winning the U16 European Championship in 2019. Sports director Jordi Ardèvol said the club targeted him because he fits “the profile of a growing player, with room to improve and good projection.”
