Barcelona have reportedly identified Justin Robinson as one of their main targets to strengthen the point guard position ahead of the 2026/27 season. The American guard is coming off an outstanding campaign with Paris Basketball, averaging 14.6 points, 4.5 assists and a 14.4 performance index rating in the EuroLeague, making him one of the most sought-after players on the market.
The Catalan club’s interest appears to be a direct consequence of the failed pursuit of Mike James. After weeks of reports linking the former Monaco star with a move to Barcelona, the deal is no longer expected to materialize, forcing Barça to explore alternative options in the backcourt.
Robinson already has experience in Spain thanks to his previous stint with Breogán, and after establishing himself as a EuroLeague-level playmaker in Paris, he could now be ready for a move to one of Europe’s biggest clubs.
