Hapoel “Midtown” Jerusalem officially announced the signing of Jaleen Smith

Hapoel “Midtown” Jerusalem officially announced the signing of Jaleen Smith, the American-Croatian guard, on a two-year deal through the end of the 2027-28 season.

Smith brings extensive European and EuroLeague experience, having previously played for Virtus Bologna, Partizan Belgrade and Alba Berlin. In 2024-25, he was one of the standout players in the EuroCup with Bahcesehir and was named to the All-EuroCup First Team.

Last season with Turk Telekom, Smith averaged 12.2 points, 2.6 rebounds, 3.6 assists and 1 steal in the Turkish league, along with 13.3 points, 2 rebounds, 3.1 assists and 1 steal in EuroCup. “I come with great motivation and will do everything I can to contribute to the team’s success,” he said.
