Virtus Bologna coaching search: Sekulic ahead of Mumbrù

Virtus Bologna are moving closer to choosing their new head coach, according to Il Resto del Carlino Imola.

After Sasha Djordjevic decided to move to Turkey, Virtus continued to explore foreign options. Jaka Lakovic and Pierric Poupet are still mentioned, but the race now appears to be mainly between Aleksander Sekulic and Alex Mumbrù.

According to the report, Sekulic is currently ahead of the Spanish coach. Virtus are looking for an experienced coach with strong personality, able to develop a group that will once again include several bets next season.
