Darryn Peterson’s pre-draft medical evaluations have not raised significant concerns among NBA teams, according to ESPN’s Jeremy Woo.

The Washington Wizards have reportedly narrowed their focus at No. 1 to Peterson and AJ Dybantsa. The Kansas guard has already met with Washington and completed multiple workouts in front of the franchise’s decision-makers.

Peterson has told the Utah Jazz he does not plan to take further team visits, signaling a preference to be selected first by Washington. He also wants to play point guard in the NBA, with Trae Young’s presence not viewed as an obstacle.
