Panathinaikos has reportedly made a blockbuster move in the coaching market, offering Zeljko Obradovic a staggering €10 million contract over the next two seasons in an attempt to bring the legendary Serbian coach back to Athens.

Obradovic enjoyed one of the most successful spells in European basketball history during his 13 seasons with Panathinaikos, leading the club to five EuroLeague titles, along with 11 Greek League championships and seven Greek Cups.
Should he decide to return, his arrival would likely be accompanied by an ambitious roster-building project, with Panathinaikos expected to invest heavily in the transfer market as the Greens aim to return to the top of European basketball as quickly as possible.
