The American guard has left Israel and returned to the United States, with Walla Sport reporting a possible two-month absence

Elijah Bryant’s immediate future with Hapoel Tel Aviv is now in serious doubt after the player left Israel and returned to the United States.

The American guard was not included in the squad for the Tel Aviv derby, while the club continues to evaluate an injury reportedly suffered during the EuroLeague playoffs.

According to Walla Sport, Bryant could undergo a medical procedure that may sideline him for around two months, putting his availability for the rest of the domestic playoffs at risk.

Bryant had only recently returned to Israel, but informed the club that he was still dealing with physical issues. A final decision on treatment has not yet been made.
