Olimpia Milano’s Quinn Ellis officially commits to St. John’s for 2026/27

Quinn Ellis ha scelto St. John’s: il playmaker inglese entrerà nel programma dei Red Storm nella stagione 2026/27

Quinn Ellis has committed to St. John’s and will join the Red Storm program for the 2026/27 season.

The 2003-born guard comes from Olimpia Milano, where he played 35 EuroLeague games, including 30 starts, averaging 8.3 points, 4.5 assists, 2.8 rebounds and 0.8 steals. In the LBA, he added 7.2 points, 4.3 rebounds, 3.8 assists and 1.1 steals.

Head coach Rick Pitino praised him: “Quinn is a great playmaker, he’s a great passer, has terrific size and is a strong shooter.” Before Milano, Ellis played for Trento, winning the 2025 Italian Cup MVP award and the LBA Best Young Player honor.

Ellis also has senior national team experience with Great Britain. In his last two 2027 World Cup qualifying games, he averaged 17.5 points, 7.0 assists and 2.5 steals, shooting 9-of-17 from three.
