Virtus Bologna have reached an agreement with Yago dos Santos. The Brazilian point guard has terminated his contract with Red Star and is set to arrive in Italy.
According to Sportando, the deal is reportedly until the end of the season.
Born in 1999, Yago made his European debut with Ratiopharm Ulm in 2022. He then moved to Red Star, where he has played for the past three seasons.
After a promising start in his first two seasons, his playing time has dwindled to just 10.7 minutes this season, during which he has averaged 2.6 points and 2.2 assists.
Now Virtus Bologna are in need of a major signing.
