The Slovenian star first felt discomfort late in the first half, then suffered another setback in the third quarter while attacking off the dribble against Jalen Williams.

Coach JJ Redick said Doncic will undergo an MRI on Friday to determine the severity of the injury. “We checked him out, he got treatment and he was cleared. We’re not going to put a player at risk,” Redick said after the game. LeBron James also reacted with concern, saying it was “the last thing you want to see” at this stage of the season.
