According to ESPN sources, the Boston Celtics have decided to convert Max Shulga’s contract, signing the Ukrainian guard to a standard two-year deal. Shulga, who joined Boston as the 57th overall pick in last June’s NBA Draft, began his professional season on a two-way contract. The young prospect spent much of the year showcasing his skills in the G League with the Maine Celtics, ultimately convincing the front office to reward him with a permanent spot on the main roster.
