AS Monaco Basket appeared before Monaco’s judicial court on Friday, March 6, in a hearing tied to the club’s takeover/restructuring process. In live updates posted on X, deliberations began at 10:30.

The same thread reports that about €2.5 million was paid on March 5 at 4:00 pm via SNF (Société Nationale de Financement), which allegedly bought a single share to clear current debts, while no medium- or long-term solution has been revealed so far.

The court’s conclusion was the appointment of a court representative tasked with delivering a status report on April 1, ahead of an adjourned date on April 3. Depending on the findings, a cessation of payments could be declared, leading to the appointment of an administrator to take control of the club.
