The former Miami Heat and Utah Jazz big man returns to the U.S. after two seasons with Panathinaikos

NBA veteran Ömer Yurtseven has signed into the G League and will join the Rio Grande Valley Vipers, per source. The 7-footer, who previously played in the NBA with the Miami Heat and Utah Jazz, heads back to the U.S. after spending the past two seasons in Greece with Panathinaikos BC.

In this EuroLeague season, Yurtseven averaged 6.3 points and 3.5 rebounds across 19 games, playing 13.1 minutes per contest.
