Greek powerhouse reportedly offers €12.2 million over two and a half years, surpassing Hapoel Tel Aviv’s bid.

Stunning news coming out of Greece: Panathinaikos is reportedly close to reaching an agreement with Nigel Hayes-Davis, who is set to leave the NBA after becoming a free agent.

According to Gazzetta.gr, the club led by Dimitris Giannakopoulos has made significant progress in negotiations with the former Fenerbahce forward, overtaking Hapoel Tel Aviv in the race for his signature.

Reports suggest that Panathinaikos has offered a two-and-a-half-year deal worth €12.2 million, while Hapoel Tel Aviv’s proposal stands at €11 million for the same duration.
