Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry was ruled out in the second half of a 131-124 loss to the Pistons

tephen Curry was sidelined after halftime due to right knee soreness in Friday night’s 131-124 defeat.
He grimaced and began limping after a stumbling layup through contact with 4:28 left in the third quarter, then headed to the locker room.

Curry was icing the knee postgame and was still limping as he left the arena, without speaking to reporters.
The issue isn’t new: he appeared on the injury report six days earlier after swelling and discomfort following an individual workout in Minneapolis, listed as patellofemoral inflammation.

Kerr confirmed the soreness is tied to the same right knee problem that kept Curry out of Monday’s game in Minnesota: “It’s been nagging him recently.”
Curry finished with 23 points in 25 minutes, and the Warriors have three days off before hosting the 76ers on Tuesday.
