After a long wait, Joel Bolomboy is finally ready to return to the court. According to reports from Meridian Sport, the Crvena Zvezda Meridianbet Belgrade center will be included in the squad for today’s ABA League matchup against Zadar.
The 33-year-old has been sidelined since last March due to a serious Lisfranc injury.
Before his forced absence, Bolomboy had established himself as one of the premier big men in the EuroLeague, averaging 10.2 points, 8.4 rebounds, and 0.8 blocks per game. His return provides a crucial boost to Crvena Zvezda’s postseason aspirations; after 22 rounds, the team currently sits in 10th place with a 12–10 record.
