Giannis boos back at Milwaukee crowd as Bucks are blown out at home

It turned tense at Fiserv Forum: Milwaukee was routed 139-106 by Minnesota, and the boos started before halftime.
After a third-quarter layup-and-one, Giannis Antetokounmpo signaled two thumbs-down and booed back from under the rim.

Giannis said it was the first time he can remember being booed at home and summed it up: “Whenever I get booed, I boo back.”
He added it doesn’t matter home or away, calling it “not fair,” while acknowledging fans can react how they want when the team doesn’t play hard.

The reaction came with Milwaukee’s effort under the microscope, as Giannis said the team “didn’t play hard” and “didn’t play as a team.”
Doc Rivers pointed to tired legs after a long trip, but Giannis dismissed that as an excuse and said focus and effort have to be better.
