As the undisputed star of the match, the guard calmly addressed questions regarding the controversy that erupted during the week following the EuroLeague clash against Panathinaikos, putting an end to the speculation.

“I believe this confrontation was useful,” Francisco explained after the game. “I am the type of person who prefers to face problems head-on, put them behind me, and move on immediately. I did exactly that, and it was the best choice. We know how social media works: there is a lot of talk, but it’s part of the game. I’ve faced much tougher challenges in life; this certainly won’t be what breaks me.”
